    What we deliver

    • Translated subtitles

From the original audio or an existing subtitle file, translated and re-timed so they read naturally at speaking pace.

    • Same-language captions

Clean, accurate captions of what is actually said — for accessibility, social media and viewers watching without sound.

    • Auto-caption repair

The platform generated captions and they are almost right. We fix the names, the numbers, the homophones and the timing — the almost.

    • Files that just work

Timecoded SRT, VTT or your platform’s format, ready to upload. Burned-in styling specs respected if you have them.

    Subtitling is writing under constraint

A subtitle has about two lines and two seconds. The craft is deciding what goes — compressing speech without losing meaning, breaking lines where the sentence breathes, keeping the joke funny at reading speed. This is why good subtitles are written, not merely translated, and why word-for-word subtitle tracks are so exhausting to watch.

Automatic captioning has become genuinely useful, and we will say so: for clean, single-speaker audio in a major language it produces a workable draft. What it still gets wrong is names, technical terms, numbers, crosstalk and punctuation — and unlike a document, every one of those errors is on screen, timed, in front of your audience. Send us your auto-captions and we will tell you honestly whether they need a light pass or a proper redo, and price accordingly.

If your video needs transcribing first, that is one job, not two — we transcribe, translate and time it as a single delivery.

    Happy to be of service,

    Frequently asked questions

Tap any question to see the answer!
Which subtitle formats do you deliver?
SRT and VTT cover most platforms, and we can deliver in your player’s or editor’s format if it is something else. Tell us where the video will live and we will match it.
Can you work from a video link instead of a file?
Yes — a link is often easier for large files. We accept the common video and audio formats too: MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV and more.
Can you fix the automatic captions our platform generated?
Usually, yes. Send us the caption file and the video, and we will tell you honestly whether it needs a light correction pass or is beyond saving — auto-captions of clean speech are often worth repairing; auto-captions of a panel discussion usually are not.
Do you handle reading speed and line breaks?
Yes — that is most of the craft. Subtitles are compressed to a comfortable reading speed and broken where the sentence naturally pauses, so viewers watch the video rather than chase the text.
The video is not transcribed yet. Is that a problem?
No. We transcribe it first and subtitle from there, as one job with one fixed price — and you get the transcript as well.
    How is subtitling priced?
By the length of the video, the language pair, and whether we start from your captions, your transcript or the raw audio. Send us the video and you will have a fixed price — with no obligation.
