    Can you work with our file formats?
    Almost certainly. Beyond Office and PDF we handle InDesign, XML, JSON, .po, .strings, XLIFF, subtitle formats and most CMS exports. Send us a sample file and we will confirm before you commit.
    Do you sign NDAs?
    Yes, routinely, and we can sign yours rather than asking you to accept ours. Every translator working on your material is under a confidentiality agreement with us.
    What is a translation memory and why does it matter?
    It is a database of everything we have already translated for you. When a sentence comes up again — in next year's catalogue, or across twelve product pages — it is reused rather than retranslated, so you are not paying twice for the same words and the wording stays consistent.
    Do you use machine translation or AI?
    Where it genuinely helps, and always with a qualified human translator revising the output — never as a way to quietly deliver raw machine output at human prices. For marketing copy, contracts and anything regulated, we do not start from a machine draft at all. We will tell you plainly which approach we are proposing and why.
    Can you handle recurring or high-volume work?
    Yes. For ongoing programmes we agree rates and turnaround once, keep a dedicated team on your account, and you send work without requoting each time.
    How do you price a project?
    Per project, based on volume, complexity, the language pairs and the deadline, with repetition and previously translated content discounted. You get one fixed price before anything starts.
    Who actually does the translation?
    Qualified translators working exclusively into their own native language, chosen for experience in your sector. Every project is revised by a second linguist, and signed off by one of our office managers.
