Company verification
translations that unblock your account

Amazon, another marketplace or a bank has asked for your company documents โ€” and they are in a language the reviewer does not process. We translate them so the verification can go through.

  • Registry extracts and certificates
  • Articles of association
  • IDs, bank and utility statements
  • Notarised or certified, as required
  • Romanian, Hungarian, Estonian and more

    What we guarantee
    • Corporate clients since 1999
    • Get a quote the same day
    • Confidential โ€” NDA on request

    Documents verification teams ask for

The set varies by platform and by country, but it is drawn from the same short list. Send us exactly what the reviewer requested.

Four steps to an unblocked account

    1. 1

Send us the request and the documents

Forward what the platform or bank asked for, ideally with their exact wording โ€” it tells us which certification they expect.

    2. 2

We confirm what is actually needed

Not every document needs translating, and not every translation needs the same certification. We tell you which is which before you pay.

    3. 3

      Approve the quote

A fixed price for the set. Say yes and we start.

    4. 4

Receive the translations, ready to upload

Delivered alongside the originals in the layout reviewers expect, with the certification attached.

    Why sellers suddenly need this

Since 2024, EU rules have obliged marketplaces to verify who is selling on them: the traderโ€™s identity, registration, address and bank details, checked against supporting documents. At the same time, product-safety rules require an economic operator established in the EU โ€” which is why so many non-EU sellers now run their European business through a company in Romania, Estonia, Hungary or another member state.

Here is the catch. Amazonโ€™s reviewers accept documents in a fixed list of languages โ€” Simplified Chinese is on it, but Romanian, Estonian and Hungarian are not, along with most other EU languages. In Amazonโ€™s own words, documents in any other language need "a notarized translation in an accepted language along with the original document". So it is usually not the Chinese parentโ€™s paperwork that needs translating: it is the EU companyโ€™s registry extract and articles.

That is the work we do. Send us what the reviewer asked for, from whichever country your company is registered in, and we return translations prepared the way verification teams expect them โ€” original alongside, names and numbers exactly as they appear in the source.

The same documents open more doors

Verification rarely stops at one platform. The set you translate once is the set everyone asks for.

    • Other marketplaces

The EU rules bind every marketplace, not just Amazon โ€” the same translated set serves your other channels.

    • Banking and payments

Banks and payment providers run their own KYC on the same documents, often with stricter certification requirements.

    • Registrations that follow

VAT numbers, customs registration, packaging registers โ€” the filings an EU entity needs next, and where sworn translation is more often required.

    • Speed, because the account is stalled

A verification case means blocked listings and stalled revenue. Tell us the deadline and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.

    Frequently asked questions

Tap any question to see the answer!
Does Amazon require a sworn translation?
No โ€” Amazonโ€™s published requirement is a notarised translation in one of its accepted languages, submitted along with the original document. A full sworn translation is more than Amazon asks for, and we will not sell you one for an upload that does not need it. Banks, courts and registries are a different matter, and there sworn translation is often exactly what is required.
My company documents are in Chinese. Do they need translating?
For Amazon, usually not โ€” Simplified Chinese is on Amazonโ€™s own list of accepted document languages. If a bank or another platform has asked for a translation anyway, send us their request and we will confirm what they will accept.
My company is registered in Romania, Estonia or Hungary. What will I need?
Typically the company register extract, the articles of association or equivalent, and the legal representativeโ€™s ID, plus proof of address and a bank statement โ€” translated, because these languages are not on the reviewersโ€™ accepted list. Send us the exact request; the set varies by case.
Which languages do you cover for this?
Romanian, Hungarian, Estonian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish and more, into English or another accepted language. If your pair is unusual, ask โ€” the answer is usually yes.
My verification was rejected. Can you help?
Often, yes. Rejections are frequently about form rather than content โ€” a cropped scan, a missing page, a translation without the original alongside. Send us the rejection message and the documents, and we will tell you honestly whether a better-prepared translation fixes it or the problem is elsewhere.
    How fast can you deliver?
Verification documents are short, and we treat a blocked account as urgent. Tell us your deadline when you request the quote and we will confirm whether we can meet it โ€” before you pay.
    How much does it cost?
By the document set and the language pair, as a fixed price for the whole bundle. Send us what the reviewer asked for and you will have the price the same day โ€” with no obligation.

    Stuck in verification?

Send us the reviewerโ€™s request and the documents. We will tell you what needs translating โ€” and what does not.
