We keep contact form submissions for a year stored in our email inbox, for customer service purposes. This information submitted is not being used for marketing purposes.

The website and mail server and software we use are currently being updated to the latest software to make the chance for a possible data breach as small as possible. In case of password protected services like email and administrator logins on our CMS and email, only secure passwords are being used. Our devices, that have data saved on them, are being handled with great care, data will be encrypted as far as possible and devices are being protected with password,

What data breach procedures we have in place

In case of data breach, possible leaked information is being logged. In case of personal information having been breached we will always inform involved parties.

Third parties This site may be using WPMU DEV third-party cloud storage to store backups of its audit logs where personal information is collected. Additional data This site creates and stores an activity log that capture the IP address, username, email address and tracks user activity (like when a user makes a comment). Information will be stored locally for 30 days and remotely for 1 year. Information on remote logs cannot be cleared for security purposes.
