No problem. Simply send us the files using the form above. Unfortunately, it is only possible to send one file at a time using the form. If you have multiple files, then it may be easier to drop us a mail (attaching all the files and with a short message) at

Simply tell us in the comments box of the form above into which languages you would like to translate your CV, or use the form’s desired languages box (Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese or other languages). Note: to select more than one language, you will need to hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard while you click your desired languages.
We endeavour to reply to all mails as quickly as possible. During our office opening hours, all quotes will normally be answered within 2 hours of receipt.
Simply reply to our mail and let us know. We will send you details of the next steps and a link to make the payment. Sometimes, our quote email may contain these details and the payment link, in which case all you need to do is follow the instructions in the mail.
Payment can be made through the secure PayPal platform using a PayPal account if you have one, or a credit or debit card (also PostePay if you live in Italy) if you do not.
Just let us know and we will send you the details. As it can take up to 3 working days for the funds to reach us, you will need to send us proof of payment so that we can start the translation immediately. This could even be a photograph or screen capture of the transfer confirmation screen.
No, except if you have paid by bank transfer. For payments using PayPal (with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card), we receive automatic confirmation from PayPal and then the get the translation process started.
No, we’re afraid not. Payment must be made before we start the translation process. This is the policy that works best for us.
Once we receive confirmation of payment, the whole translation process normally takes 24 hours, provided that payment confirmation is received during our office opening hours. A few examples:

Please note that for longer files or more unusual language combinations, things may take a bit longer, although we will advise you of this in our quote.
We will send you your translated CV by email and as a Word file, so that you can make amendments to it any time you wish.
Yes. If you provide us with a Word document (or other editable format, e.g. .odt or .rtf), the layout of your final translation will be identical. If we need to convert a PDF or image file, we will do our best but obviously cannot guarantee an identical layout.
Yes, absolutely. We only work with native and qualified translators of English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese and any other language.
Yes, absolutely. We will allocate your job to the translator in our team who has experience translating in your field of work. Not only that but our proofreading team are the second and third line of support, ensuring that we get the terminology just right.

No, we’re afraid not. We do not provide sample translations. Rest assured, however, that we have an excellent reputation and a wealth of experience in the translation field and have helped thousands of job hunters to professionally translate their CVs. If you need reassurance, please check out our customer comments on google or the references section of our website.

If you do have any queries about the final translation, we will of course be happy to help with these – free of charge, obviously.
Although highly unlikely, if you are not satisfied with the final translation, please send us examples of any areas in the translation you are not happy with, and we will review the translation with these in mind. If we feel things can be improved, we will of course do so. A refund may be given if we believe the translation does not meet our exceptionally high quality standards. However, we are confident that our unique quality assurance method means you will be yet another of our happy customers!
